- How this works?
All you need to do is simply send in your request for tutor. We will match a tutor for you, tuition lessons start after you review and decide for a tutor.
- How do I request for a tutor?
All you need to do is simply call us at 9296 4955 or submit your request via online form.
- Do I need to pay for matching services?
No! This tutor matching service is FREE for students. All you need to pay is tuition fee when you successfully engage a tutor and lesson commenced.
- How much do I need to pay if I successfully engage a tutor through Smart Home Tuition?
- Only tuition fee as per agreed.
- Smart Home Tuition will only charge one-off 50% of first month's tuition fee as commission from the tutor.
- We will collect this 50% commission directly from students / parents upon completion of the first 2 weeks of lesson.
- Student will pay the full 100% tuition fees to the tutor for the subsequent months.
- For common understanding (avoidance of doubts), one month is calculated as 4 weeks.
- How long it take for Smart Home Tuition to shortlist a tutor for me?
Upon received your request, we will get back to you within 48 hours with the shortlisted candidate who meet your requirements.
- Can I change the tutor if I find that he/she is not suitable?
- Yes, you can. However, you still need to pay tuition fee for all the lesson that has been delivered, prior to your change request.
- Smart Home Tuition is work for students’ requirements and benefits in matching a suitable private home tutor.
- In any case, students found that the assigned tutor is not suitable, Smart Home Tuition will arrange for replacement.
- How do I make payment to Smart Home Tuition?
- You can make the payment by money transfer through ATM or Internet Banking, or pay by cheque.
- Please notify HomeTuitionSingapore.net once you make the payment. Send us a SMS or email us. We will issue you an official receipt then.
